What's new?

* Just a reminder that you must submit a conveyancer licence application to the Business Licensing Authority (BLA) no later than 30 September 2008. Conveyancers carrying on business after this date who fail to lodge an application must cease their business unless or until the BLA grants a licence.

* There is now a test schedule available for reference. This now includes test sessions up to 6th November 2008.

* The Portfolio documentation requirement now been replaced by a simple document checklist. You will now only be expected to provide two of your more complex conveyancing files - 1 for a vendor, 1 for a purchaser. Details can be found in the checklist available from the Downloads section of this website. There is a separate checklist for those being assessed in the trust accounting unit.
